  They're super friendly but do need to work on a system for tracking who was first, second, etc. there is no line area so I never know who is in line.

  Had me wait in the drive thru for 15 mins I was the 1st customer then never sent me a receipt and put my money in the wrong account

  I had an excellent experience getting the new loan for a vehicle I purchased for my wife. Belle was very courteous and worked very quickly and efficiently for our loan. I enjoyed Ashley's help with initiating the loan as well. Both of them were very well informed about handling the loan as well. I switched from BECU in Seattle to MACU in Utah 3 years ago and have been very grateful for both the local members as well as the online support. They have grown greatly and make banking and loans super easy. I will only get loans through MACU. And I buy cars from out of state and register out of state...which is already taxing. Thank you everyone who has helped me through these processes and thank you for always taking care of me and my family. ^_^

  Came in and asked to be added as a joint. They had us sit down and we waited 32 minutes. (I kept track) another couple waited longer than us. A third couple walked in and they got helped right away. This branch needs more employees and better service... and needs to keep track of who was waiting first. Not happy about it.
