- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely unimpressed with the lack of customer service. My package was supposed to arrive to the recipient on March 1st. They some how created 2 labels so UPS was unable to deliver my package. It had to come all the way back to Utah and then be reshipped and the best they offered was ground to ship it back for their mistake. So a package that was supposed to arrive March 1st is now arriving over 2 weeks late on March 14th. I understand the gentleman was new who created the error but the lack of resolution behind the issue is ridiculous.By Kassie Cotter, January 30, 2017
